Hello everyone. My name is Claudia Reuter and I am Account Manager in OXID’s sales team. Last weekend I spent on Mallorca (Spain) to join the eSeller Camp.

The eSeller Camp is an open branch meeting for online marketeers and those who want to become part of them. In it not only strategic e-commerce companies take part, but also internet sellers do. For the participants it is a combination of recovering, combined with learning and speeches in a very special place.

  On Friday at 17 o’clock the event started with an opening speech of Bettina Eisele (www.unpoint.de), the organizer of the whole weekend. During the evening the participants got in first contact. Some of them already knew each other from previous eSeller Camps. After being thrown out of the hotel bar, the pub next to the hotel made it possible to keep on networking.  

 

The second day began with a get together in the conference rooms, as well as at the round tables where the attendees could solve open functional questions with experts in personal conversations or small groups. The main issue of the whole weekend, besides auction platforms, was multi-channelling combined with fulfilment services. After a very informative day, everybody could exchange his new knowledge and discuss about personal opinions at the camp party. About 1 o’clock we went again to the pub on the other side of the street. I finally left at 2:30 o’clock because my plane already took of back to Germany at 7:15 o’clock, but some were even partying on when my taxi took me up at the hotel at 5:15 o’clock.   Conclusion: Don’t miss to join next year's eSeller camp from 11th to 14th of june. Not just because of the location, Abu Dhabi / Dubai, but furthermore for the networking effect and personal contact to experts!
