Every customer is different – OXID eShop Professional Edition 4 is perfectly attuned to this. Billing and shipping addresses, newsletter preferences, personal notepads, wish lists and more are centrally and clearly managed under the “my eShop” area. A particular highlight is the personal product comparison function: Any number of items can be selected and their features compared at a glance. Even small but fine details – such as individual sorting preferences or numbers of items in a list – can be stored by the system on request. Because nothing is more valuable than a customer who is happy to come back!
