Let a member of the OXID support team personally demonstrate your OXID shop. In a ‘one-to-one’ screen presentation of around 2 hours’ duration, you will obtain an overview of the front-end, admin area, and setup of the most important functions.

The personal basic instruction deals with the following topics:

• Overview of the shop front-end
• Overview of the Administration area
• Explanation of the most important options under Master Data => Basic Settings
• Explanation of the functionality and interplay of ‘payment methods’, ‘shipping methods’ and ‘shipping costs’
• Setting up products and categories and their assignment
• Setting up attributes and selection lists and their usage
• Setting up usage of variants
• Setting up user management
• Editing and managing orders
• Functioning of CMS pages

Also in the basic instruction for OXID eShop Enterprise Edition:

• Rights and right management for the Shop and Administration areas
• Setting up sub-shops
• Inheritance of products, categories, etc. in sub-shops

 Includes up to 2 hour of labor. Any additional outlay in labor will be billed at an hourly rate of € 35 per started ¼ hour, plus VAT.
