Here comes a short DMEXCO review – the first Digital Marketing Exhibition & Conference in Cologne, Germany in 2009.
In hall 8 of the Cologne Fair we can find the concentrated protagonists of digital marketing and business! The booths are small but top designed.
Often discussed trends are related to topics like the optimization of marketing effort, by targeting and tracking even social marketing tools. The importance and possibilities of online brand development were recognized, and new advertising channels like mobile and video-ads are presented. Surrounding the social marketing possibilities lot’s of specialized and interesting services are growing ….. in conclusion somehow there is a spirit of optimism in the air which reminds to earlier times in a young internet branch.
Of course the digital distribution channel is one of the major subjects in nearby each business model and we are quite happy about lot’s of visitors at our booth. There were questions about the OXID Open Source Version just as the possibilities with the Enterprise Edition – and without further ado Marco Steinhäuser, who just came as a visitor, joined us to support the OXID fair-staff at the booth. OXID eFire is still a highlight for shopowners – the connection to the eCommerce cloud offers outstanding advantages in doing successful eBusiness.
