As an OXID eShop Community Edition user, you have not concluded an OXID software maintenance and support agreement, and thus have no entitlement to contractually agreed support services for OXID eShop.
There are numerous other services available of which you can use if required. Within the OXID Ecosystem you will continue to receive valuable information that will support you when working with OXID platform.
