SLA Professional PE

Scope:

  • Access to patches, updates and upgrades
  • Support by email and telephone
  • Unlimited number of tickets (with a maximum of 30 developer tickets per year)
  • Online documentation
  • 15% discount on OXID Academy offers

SLA Standard PE

Scope:

  • Access to patches, updates and upgrades
  • Email support including 25 user tickets and 5 developer tickets per year
  • Additional packages with 5 user tickets available on request
  • Online documentation
  • 15% discount on OXID Academy offers
