Dear customer,
OXID Support is the first address for technical support requests (tickets) of customers with a valid software maintenance and support contract (SWV).
Your written support request must contain customer-related information (e.g. contract number, URL of the shop, contact person etc.) as well as a detailed and qualified description of the current problem. If additional information, e.g. log files, are available they should be attached to your request. This way we can avoid further enquiries and accelerate the handling of your ticket. Please do not send requests twice.
